T & C CONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT AND MANAGEMENT INC

In 1971 at 18 years of age I was the youngest General Contractor in the State. This was before the State Certification Requirement was instituted 

I had already from age 17  been involved in business as a Trim Sub Contractor Which I had learned between the summer of my Junior and Senior year of High School at Plantation. I was able to begin taking on contracts right after Graduation and along with Business classes at Broward Community College. I Worked for companies like Lennar.   Mr. Irving Bolitin and I became close friends, my company did many of their projects. I was also very close to Michael and Ken Greenberg Of Minto Development when they first came from Canada I had been involved with most all their development. Over those early years and the massive development in the state I and my partners worked for almost every major developer GL Homes, Hovnanin. Centex. We were also Shell Contractors predominantly for Minto where we would erect some 20 to 40 residences a week. 

After second recession I got involved in some development in Montana called Big Sky Ski Resort and over years have also built in Colorado, New Mexico, New England and North Carolina.

Since my state certification in 1982 I have built maybe over 150 or more Medical and Dental Facilities throughout the state. My father was one of the most knowledgeable Equipment Specialists needed for the facilities. Over the years I have built many commercial businesses from retail, restaurants, banks and other services. I have built in malls and some light industrial. I worked in the medical division with Suffolk Construction building ACLFs and hospital grade facilities. I have also been involved with a steel metal flooring system called Hambro out of Canada, for which we have erected numerous buildings from three stories to as high as eight stories. .

I have been involved with many facets of the industry. I also have helped one of my best Friends build one of the most successful Electrical Engineering Firms in the Transit industry for trains based in Oakland, California. There we worked With Bechtel and Balfour Beatty,  some of the largest construction companies in the world.
